Former Police Station Transformed Into a unique and outstanding modern apartment

Posted by Precious Media on April 16th, 2011

This residence represents the vision and genius of the world renowned architect Charles Gwathmey. In the year 1997 Gwathmey-Siegel & Associates took over the project of creating a space unparalleled in size and design that would fit their desire to move from a Park Avenue prewar to a new home in SoHo.

SoHo’s 1905 Beaux Arts Police Headquarters Building is now truly a masterwork.

Currently tagged at $14,500,000 the Gymnasium Apartment was originally offered at $30 million in May 2008.

A look at SoHo’s 1905 Beaux Arts Police Headquarters Building.
